Olathe Home Services is made up of a team of real estate agents operating out of the Olathe, Kansas branch of Keller Williams Realty. The branch is a franchise, so the official name is Keller Williams Realty, Diamond Partners, Inc.
Chris Lengquist
In business since May of 2002 Chris has focused primarily on the investment side of real estate throughout his career as a REALTOR although success has also followed him in the traditional housing market, as well. Always in the top 10% of sales Chris is currently a member of Keller Williams Realty’s Agent Leadership Council (ALC).
Chris is happily married and has 4 children attending school in the Olathe School District.
Previous occupations for Chris were as a private investigator and professional photographer. Both professions were practiced during his fifteen year visit to our nation’s capital, Washington, DC.
Chris Lengquist attended Shawnee Mission West High School right over in Overland Park and then was off to the University of Kansas.
Hobbies include watching Kansas Jayhawk basketball and wishing he was still flying.
Brent Sharp
Brent began his real estate career in 2006 after having caught the bug while owning and managing his own personal rental properties. In the short time he has been a real estate agent with the Olathe Keller Williams he has proven himself to be strong on customer service with an inate ability to understand what home buyers are looking for in their next home.
Brent is happily married to Holly (more on her in a minute!) and has two beautiful twin daughters (twice the trouble!) attending school here in Olathe.
Fortunately for us, Brent comes to us after having run a successful family retail outlet for many years here in Olathe. The training ground for his excellent customer care.
Brent Sharp was a Shawnee Mission South Raider and holds a Building Materials degree from State Fair Community College in Sedalia, Missouri.
Hobbies for Brent include travel, golf and watching Chiefs football and Jayhawk basketball.
Holly Sharp
Holly began her real estate career along side Brent in 2006. Holly helped to run their rental properties for the previous several years on the side of being a very accomplished pharmacist with Shawnee Mission Hospital. She’s been practicing pharmacy for the last 22 years. So you know that care and detail will be important to her as she assists you with finding the right house and working through the contracts.
The mother of those same twins, Holly is very experienced at juggling family life with her profession.
Holly Sharp attended Woodbridge High School in Virginia (just outside of Washington, DC) and then went on to attend the Univesity of Kansas where she obtained her Pharmacy degree.
Hobbies for Holly include travel, gardening and hiding from Brent.
